I received these from a warehouse, possibly used or in damaged packaging. Despite the beat up box, there were no signs of previous use. I've been using them for four months and love them. The welds are flawless, and they're lightweight and easy to handle compared to heavier steel ramps I've seen elsewhere. They've handled various tasks such as loading a riding mower and golf cart with no bending or joint issues. The smooth surface allows for easy movement of smaller wheeled items, unlike many other ramps with wider gaps between the slats. They're a great value, even at full price, although I got them for less. If my satisfaction changes, I'll update my review.
I'm impressed with the lightweight yet strong construction of these ramps. They easily support my homeowner's lawn tractor and vintage Gravely walk-behind models, as well as my Harley. They're definitely worth the investment and offer good value for the money. However, the straps that came with them were too short for my F-150. I ended up using longer ratchet straps instead, which I customized for better security. Despite this issue, I'm happy with my purchase and have not had to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Just received these ramps today, but haven't been able to test them with my 700 lb tractor due to the constant rain in western North Carolina. They are easy to transport and fit neatly under the truck bed toolbox. Despite concerns about thin plates, the welds on my ramps are solid, showing that Titan may have addressed previous issues. I used them four times today to load my tractor and they worked well. However, the included tie-down straps are useless. I had to use my own ratchet straps instead, which also secure the tractor during transport. One tip: Raise your deck as high as possible - my 50" fab deck cleared the lip of the ramp easily.
